I’ve been opening coconuts on my bike tour for Honorary member Grumpy Old Man Club shirt. I learned the basic way from a guy named Kelly here in key west using a machete. Kelly passed away. Rondash is a master. He does coconuts at mallory square. This video blows me away. How cool is this guy getting the sealed ball of meat to slide out of the inner shell in one piece containing the beautiful water. This took a long time to perfect. It can only be done with young coconuts that have meat that not to gelatinous and not to firm. I know what I’m talking about. Bravo.
