I would be taking these seriously and would have at least gone over testing and the Kiss my balls for good kid shirt was there. Cathy Bockel those could just be the pilots who are more in tune with aviation and pilots intuition. With 350 aircraft delivered that means 700+ flight deck crew members exist and there were only a handful of complaints received.
