In the baton pass (didn’t think Pikachu could learn that move) the last Pikachu cheated and used quick attack. Pikachu at the end of the relay. Also this is biologically incorrect. Eevee uses all four legs, not just the hind legs which severely disadvantages them in this sporting competition.
